Stuart Fano is a graphic and motion designer from Westchester County, New York, who moved to Atlanta to complete a BFA in Communication Design.
His influences range from the Bauhaus and the International Typographic Style to David Carson, Paul Rand and Saul Bass. His animated explainer Nihilism for Beginners, a light-hearted “whodunnit” about Nietzsche’s famous “God is dead” styled as a battered book cover, earned him Emerging Graphic Designer of the Year and Gold in Broadcast Design at the 2017 International Design Awards.
