Yiwen Zhang is a New York-based graphic designer whose career spans fashion publications and leading communication, marketing and PR agencies.
Her book project Rhythmic Structure of Typography was named Graphic Design of the Year at the 2023 International Design Awards. Exploring the positive impact of punk culture on mental health, the work uses punk’s DIY spirit, rebellion and self-expression to build an interactive, musical visual narrative that offers readers a creative outlet.
